Colaba is a producer of handcrafted ice creams and sorbets using fresh ingredients sourced from local fresh produce markets and from small scale farmers in the North Coast. We do not use any animal fats, alcohol, artificial flavouring, colourants, gelatine, stabilizers, preservatives, or chemicals. Our sorbets are made with real fruits that are in season.
